SINGAPORE — Reinforcing its digital transformation agenda across emerging high-growth markets, L’Oréal has promoted 15-year company veteran Marc Dicko to Chief Digital and Marketing Officer (CDMO) for the South Asia Pacific, Middle East, and North Africa (SAPMENA) region, effective September 1, 2026.
Based out of Singapore, Dicko will report directly to Vismay Sharma, President of L’Oréal SAPMENA, succeeding Lex Bradshaw-Zanger, who has led the region’s digital, marketing, and e-commerce portfolios since 2023.
Strategic Mandate and Operational Scope
In his new regional position, Dicko assumes strategic oversight of L’Oréal’s digital, e-commerce, and marketing roadmap across more than 35 diverse markets.
