MUMBAI — Aviation service provider Global Vectra Helicorp Limited has announced the resignation of Lt. Gen. Baldev Singh Pawar (Retd.) from his position as a Non-Executive Independent Director, effective October 12, 2026.
In his formal communication to the Board of Directors, Lt. Gen. Pawar cited pressing family and personal commitments as the primary reasons for stepping down from his governance role.
