The Government of Maharashtra has announced the reassignment of four IAS officers: Atul Patne (IAS: 1999) has been posted as Principal Secretary, Administrative Innovation, Excellence and Good Governance in the General Administration Department (GAD); Avinash Dhakane (IAS: 2010), previously Member Secretary of the MPCB, is the new Additional Municipal Commissioner, Greater Mumbai Municipal Corporation, Mumbai, replacing Dr. Amit Saini; Dr. Amit Saini (IAS: 2007) is now appointed as Commissioner, Skill Development, Employment and Entrepreneurship, Navi Mumbai; and Kanhuraj Bagate (IAS: 2009) has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Planning Department (after serving as Director, Information Technology).
