NEW DELHI — The race for the leadership of Container Corporation of India Limited (CONCOR) has intensified, with Shri Navin Kumar Parsuramka emerging as a frontrunner for the post of Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD). Parsuramka, a distinguished 1992-batch Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) officer, currently serves as the Principal Executive Director (Coaching) at the Railway Board.
