NEW DELHI – In a significant leadership milestone for India’s high-speed regional transit sector, Shalabh Goel has been officially and permanently absorbed as the Managing Director (MD) of the National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC).
The appointment, effective from April 24, 2026, marks a permanent transition for Goel, a distinguished officer of the Indian Railway Service of Electrical Engineers (IRSEE).
