Vinod Kumar, a Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE) officer currently serving as Chief Engineer (Construction) for Lumding Projects, Northeast Frontier Railway (NFR), has been selected for deputation to IRCON International Limited (IRCON). He will serve as Executive Director (Civil) at IRCON’s Corporate Office in New Delhi for a period of three years.
