NEW DELHI — In a strategic personnel shift within the rail sector, Shri Chander Shekhar has been selected for a high-profile deputation to Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL).
An officer of the Indian Railway Service of Engineers (IRSE), Shri Shekhar joins the specialized infrastructure arm of the Ministry of Railways as General Manager (SPV & RM). He transitions to this New Delhi-based role from his previous posting as Deputy Chief Engineer/Construction (Dy. CE/C) at Tilak Bridge (TKJ) under Northern Railway.
