KOLKATA — Senior bureaucrat Pankaj Mistry, an officer of the Indian Railway Service of Signal Engineers (IRSSE), has been posted as the new Principal Chief Signal and Telecommunication Engineer (PCSTE) of Metro Railway, Kolkata.
Mistry transitions to the urban transit network following his previous assignment with Eastern Railway (ER).
