In a key top-level bureaucratic reshuffle within the Ministry of Railways, senior railway official R. Mohanraja has been appointed as Director General (Human Resources) [DG (HR)], Railway Board.
Mohanraja, who is currently serving as Secretary, Railway Board, will transition to the apex-level position to oversee human resource management and personnel policies for Indian Railways.
