The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has posted senior bureaucrat Sajeesh Kumar N. as Joint Secretary in the Department of Social Justice & Empowerment.
An officer of the Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS), Sajeesh Kumar is currently serving as the Coal Controller in the Ministry of Coal. His new appointment in the central government will run for an overall tenure through December 21, 2028.
