In a move that signals stability and continuity for one of India’s largest private sector lenders, the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the ICICI Bank Board have approved the tenure extension of Mr. Sandeep Bakhshi as Managing Director (MD) and Chief Executive Officer (CEO). His leadership, which began during a challenging period for the bank in 2018, will now continue until October 3, 2028.
