The post of Mr. Santanu Kumar Agrahari, who serves as the Private Secretary to V. Somanna, the Union Minister of State (MoS) for Jal Shakti and Railways, has been upgraded to the Director level. A senior IAS officer of the 2012 batch from the Jharkhand cadre, Agrahari has been a key aide to the Minister in managing critical infrastructure and water resource portfolios.
