NEW DELHI — In a swift administrative reshuffle, the Delhi government on Wednesday appointed senior IAS officer Manoj Kumar Dwivedi as the Chairperson of the New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC).
Dwivedi, a 1997-batch officer of the Arunachal Pradesh-Goa-Mizoram-Union Territory (AGMUT) cadre, assumes charge of the civic body following his repatriation to his parent cadre earlier in the day.
