NEW DELHI – In a key appointment within the energy sector, Shri Shailendra Singh has been named the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) of the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL). An officer of the 1997 batch of the Indian Forest Service (IFoS) from the Tripura cadre, Singh will spearhead the integrity and oversight functions at the Maharatna oil major’s Delhi headquarters.
