NEW DELHI – Shri Sudhanshu Sekhara Mishra, representing the Bird Group of Companies (BGC), has been empanelled for appointment as an Independent External Monitor (IEM).
The empanelment, confirmed on February 6, 2026, places him in the pool of experts overseen by the Central Vigilance Commission (CVC) to monitor high-value public procurement and contracts.
