KOLKATA — In a notable bureaucratic movement within the state administration, senior West Bengal Civil Service (WBCS Executive) officer Suman Dasgupta has been transferred to the Governor’s Secretariat.
Dasgupta, a member of the 2005 WBCS (Exe.) batch, will take over as the Senior Deputy Secretary to the Governor of West Bengal at Raj Bhavan.
