MUMBAI — Tata Group cooling and engineering flagship Voltas Limited has officially strengthened its governance bench by inducting corporate heavyweight Shri Sunil Alaric D’Souza into its boardroom.
Following a strategic board resolution, the company has cleared his appointment as an Additional Director, serving in a Non-Independent, Non-Executive capacity.
