In a focused administrative reshuffle, the Government of Arunachal Pradesh has announced the transfer and posting of three senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officers. The order, aimed at streamlining field operations and headquarters management, sees R. P. Meena (previously SP, Kamle) moving to a strategic advisory role as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) to the Director General of Police. Additionally, S. Prabhu Desai has been appointed to lead the state’s criminal investigation wing as SP, Crime, while veteran officer Tumme Amo takes command of the 2nd Arunachal Pradesh Armed Battalion in Aalo.
