V Srinivas, a 1989 batch IAS officer of the Rajasthan cadre who was serving on central deputation as Secretary (Public Grievances and Pensions), has been officially appointed by the Rajasthan government as the state’s new Chief Secretary (replacing Sudhansh Pant) and is expected to assume charge on Monday, November 17, 2025.
