BENGALURU — In a senior-level administrative posting, the Karnataka Government has appointed Lingaraja S S, an Indian Forest Service (IFoS) officer of the 1999 batch, as the Commissioner of the Department of Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services.
Prior to this posting, he served as Additional Principal Chief Conservator of Forests (APCCF) heading the Legal Cell in Bengaluru. He replaces IAS officer Shilpa Nag C.T. in the role.
