KOLKATA — The Government of West Bengal has appointed Sumant Sahay, IAS, to the dual roles of Managing Director, West Bengal Tourism Development Corporation Limited (WBTDCL) and Director, Tourism.
The strategic dual appointment of the 2016-batch West Bengal cadre IAS officer is designed to streamline administrative policy, planning, and operational execution to bolster the state’s tourism infrastructure.
