NEW DELHI — In a major administrative realignment, the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved eight key senior-level appointments at the Joint Secretary and Joint Secretary-equivalent levels (Pay Level 14) across key Union ministries and central statutory bodies.
