NEW DELHI — Senior Indian Police Service officer Shri Jitendra Kumar has been appointed as the Director General (DG) of the Railway Protection Force (RPF) under the Ministry of Railways.
His appointment to the top security post will be effective for a tenure extending up to his superannuation on March 31, 2030, or until further official orders.
