MUMBAI — IT and banking software solutions major Oracle Financial Services Software Limited (OFSS) has announced the resignation of Nian Nian Yuan from her position as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director of the company.
The resignation marks a transition in the board structure of the Oracle subsidiary, with the official filing submitted to the national stock exchanges.
