MUMBAI — Media entity Infomedia Press Limited has informed stock exchanges of a change in its board composition following the resignation of Karanvir Singh Gill from his position as Director.
In his formal communication to the company, Mr. Gill cited other professional commitments as the reason for relinquishing his board seat.
