MUMBAI — Apparel manufacturing firm Kizi Apparels Limited has updated its administrative board structure, appointing Raj Kumar Nathani as Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) with immediate effect.
The onboarding coincides with the formal resignation of Ajay Mishra, who has stepped down from his role as Non-Executive, Non-Independent Director, bringing a realignment to the company’s executive oversight.
