NEW DELHI – Transcorp International Limited has announced the appointment of Mr. Abhinav Banthia as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective February 4, 2026.
The appointment was approved during a Board meeting held on Wednesday, where the company also reviewed its financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
The move coincides with Transcorp reporting a significant surge in nine-month net profit to ₹289.67 lakhs, highlighting a period of strategic expansion for the company.
