KOLKATA — Innerwear manufacturer Rupa & Company Limited has inducted corporate finance veteran Sunirmal Talukdar onto its board as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
Talukdar, a Chartered Accountant with more than three decades of domain experience, specializes in capital structuring, corporate governance, strategic planning, and M&A. His corporate portfolio includes serving as Group Executive President and CFO at Hindalco Industries until 2012, as well as CFO of Haldia Petrochemicals between November 2016 and November 2018.
