JAIPUR — Engineered stone manufacturer Global Surfaces Limited has re-appointed Sudhir Baxi as a Non-Executive Independent Director, extending his tenure on the company’s Board of Directors effective December 20, 2026.
A veteran geologist with over four decades of technical experience across academia, mining, and structural mapping, Baxi will continue to provide board-level technical governance, mineral resource strategy, and regulatory oversight.
