JAIPUR – Insolation Energy Limited (INA Solar) has announced the appointment of Shri Shreemat Pandey as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective February 5, 2026.
A retired Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer of the 1984 batch, Shri Pandey joins the board for a five-year term ending in February 2031, subject to shareholder approval.
