CHANDIGARH: In a major judicial breakthrough for one of India’s most high-profile civil servants, the Punjab and Haryana High Court has granted significant relief to retired whistleblower IAS officer Shri Ashok Khemka.
A division bench comprising Justice Harsimran Singh Sethi and Justice Deepak Manchanda allowed Khemka’s writ petition, ruling that he must be treated as an empanelled Additional Secretary and Secretary to the Government of India for all future assignments.
