NOIDA – Insilco Limited has officially announced the appointment of Ms. Shivangi Negi as the company’s new Managing Director, effective from February 14, 2026.
The decision was formalized during a Board of Directors meeting on February 5, following the resignation of the outgoing MD, Ms. Chaitali Talele.
The current leadership changes are part of the ongoing administrative and regulatory management required during this liquidation phase.
