MUMBAI – DCB Bank Limited has reported a key change in its top-level leadership following the exit of Ms. Lakshmy Chandrasekaran from its Board of Directors. In a regulatory filing submitted to the stock exchanges, the bank confirmed that she ceased to hold office as an Independent Director effective April 13, 2026.
