NOIDA – Insilco Limited (currently under voluntary liquidation) has announced a significant restructuring of its top leadership. Ms. Chaitali Talele has tendered her resignation as the Managing Director and a member of the Board, effective from the close of business hours on February 13, 2026.
The transition is part of a structured succession plan as the company manages its ongoing liquidation process.
