MUMBAI — IT and tech products distributor Rashi Peripherals Limited has appointed veteran executive Sanjeev Keskar as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director.
Keskar brings approximately 35 years of corporate leadership experience to the board, with nearly three decades spent within the global semiconductor and electronics ecosystem. He currently serves as CEO of Arvind Consultancy, Professor of Practice at IIT Roorkee, and Executive Director of the EPIC Foundation.
His extensive career includes leadership roles such as Managing Director (India) at Arrow Electronics, along with senior executive positions at PMC-Sierra, AMD, Freescale Semiconductor, and National Semiconductor. Keskar also served as Chairman of the India Electronics and Semiconductor Association (IESA) during 2013–14.
