KOLKATA — Board updates from Veedol Corporation Limited confirm the appointment of Rohit Ghanshyamdas Totla as Additional Director and Managing Director, taking effect on November 20, 2026.
Totla takes over from outgoing Managing Director Rajendra Nath Ghosal, who concludes his term on November 19, 2026. A 27-year veteran of the consumer products sector, Totla spent 17 years at JSW Dulux, serving most recently as Executive Director and Chief Business Officer (Decorative Paints) with operational oversight across India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Bangladesh. His career also features key sales leadership posts at Hindustan Coca-Cola and early experience at Balsara Home Products.
