SAN FRANCISCO – Uber Technologies has appointed Balaji Krishnamurthy, 41, as its new Chief Financial Officer. He will officially take the helm on February 16, 2026, succeeding Prashanth Mahendra-Rajah.

Krishnamurthy is a six-year Uber veteran, previously serving as the Vice President of Strategic Finance and Investor Relations. CEO Dara Khosrowshahi praised him as a “brilliant, decisive strategist” who knows the company’s business “inside and out.”
