CHENNAI – The Board of Directors of Tube Investments of India Limited (TII), a Murugappa Group company, approved the re-appointment of Mr. V S Radhakrishnan as an Independent Director during its meeting on February 4, 2026.
His second term will span five consecutive years, effective from July 5, 2026, through July 4, 2031. This appointment is subject to shareholder approval via a postal ballot and e-voting process.
