BENGALURU – Xchanging Solutions Limited (a DXC Technology Company) has announced the appointment of Mrs. Padmaja Priyadarshini B.N. as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, effective February 6, 2026.
The appointment, recommended by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, is for a tenure of five years, subject to shareholder approval at the next General Meeting.
