Roy brings over 15 years of experience in integrated communications, brand positioning, and corporate reputation management to her new role at Flipkart.

Diverse Portfolio: Prior to joining Flipkart, Roy served as Assistant Vice President – Head of Brand & PR at PL Capital Group, where she managed the firm’s overarching public relations mandate.

Corporate Tenure: Her career includes significant long-term stints at major organizations, including over 4.5 years at NSE India and more than six years at Capgemini.

Agency Roots: She has also held key roles at global communications firms like Burson (formerly Burson-Marsteller).
Strengthening the Brand
In her new capacity, Roy is expected to drive Flipkart’s strategic messaging and corporate narrative as the company continues to expand its digital ecosystem in India.
