MUMBAI – Juhi Singh, a key architect of the digital transformation at Marico Limited, has announced her departure from the FMCG major after a successful seven-year stint. Most recently serving as the Global Head of Digital, Singh oversaw D2C premium consumer brands and international e-commerce, driving omnichannel growth across India, Southeast Asia, the Gulf, and Egypt.
Reflecting on her journey in a LinkedIn post on Friday, March 6, 2026, Singh noted that while corporate targets and presentations often dominate the narrative, she would carry forward the relationships and mentorships built during her time at the “Parachute” and “Saffola” maker.
A Legacy of Digital Transformation
Since joining Marico in 2019, Singh played a pivotal role in modernizing the company’s digital footprint. Her tenure was marked by several strategic milestones:
-
Revenue Growth: Spearheaded international e-commerce strategies that contributed to a significant increase in online revenue.
-
Innovation: Led the “Digital Quotient 2.0” initiative and scaled AI-enabled marketing across diverse geographies.
-
D2C Expansion: Managed the end-to-end P&L for premium consumer brands and established repeatable growth engines in emerging markets.
Professional Trajectory
Before her tenure at Marico, Singh held leadership roles at JioMart Digital (as Deputy General Manager of Marketing) and Myntra. Her career began in consumer insights and analytics, with stints at prestigious firms including IMRB International and Ipsos.
Recent Leadership Shifts at Marico
Singh’s exit follows other notable leadership changes at the firm, including the recent resignation of Akash Banerji (EVP & Head of Digital Transformation), who is set to pursue entrepreneurial ventures. To ensure strategic continuity, the Marico Board recently extended the tenure of MD & CEO Saugata Gupta through March 2028.
