CHANDIGARH — In a fresh administrative realignment, the Haryana State Government has entrusted 2011-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer Amit Khatri with the additional responsibility of Special Secretary to the Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department.
The senior bureaucrat will discharge these duties in addition to his current official portfolio. The posting is intended to strengthen department leadership, accelerate policy rollout, and enhance administrative coordination across state agricultural and agrarian welfare programs.
