NEW DELHI — Senior bureaucrat Manoj Govil, a 1991-batch IAS officer of the Madhya Pradesh cadre, has been assigned the additional charge of Secretary (Transport & Logistics Planning) within the Cabinet Secretariat.
Currently serving as Secretary (Coordination) in the Cabinet Secretariat, Govil will oversee transport policy coordination and central logistics planning alongside his existing duties. The order, approved by the Competent Authority, takes effect immediately and will remain in place until a regular incumbent is formally appointed.
