SAN JOSE & BENGALURU — Global software giant Adobe has completed the acquisition of Indian AI automation startup Rilo for an undisclosed sum. The strategic buyout marks Adobe’s second major acquisition of an Indian technology firm, following its 2023 purchase of generative AI video platform Rephrase.ai.
The deal strengthens Adobe’s enterprise AI ecosystem by integrating Rilo’s plain-language automation and specialized marketing AI agents into its digital media and marketing suite.
