PATNA — The Bihar government issued a series of police transfers on November 4, reallocating key senior and district-level officers across headquarters, superintendency, and administrative assignments.
Under the state order, Bhanu Pratap Singh has been removed as Khagaria SP and attached to the Bihar Police Headquarters in Patna. Shailendra Singh moves from his post as Sheohar SP to take charge as Khagaria SP, while Mohibullah Ansari, previously City SP of Muzaffarpur, has been appointed as the new SP of Sheohar.
In urban and specialized postings, Raj Kishore Singh transitions from SDPO-1, Patna City, to serve as City SP, Saran. Aprajit, Commandant of Bihar Special Armed Police-16, has been reassigned as Police Aide-de-Camp to the Governor of Bihar. Consequently, Mamta Kalyani, Commandant of Bihar Special Armed Police-10, has been entrusted with the additional charge of Bihar Special Armed Police-16.
