BHUBANESWAR — The Odisha State Government has issued high-level administrative orders reassigning four senior Indian Police Service (IAS) officers across key administrative and welfare departments.
Under the fresh postings:

Bishnupada Sethi (IAS:1995), serving as Chairman of Odisha Forest Development Corporation with additional charge of Chief Administrator, KBK, has been appointed Officer on Special Duty (OSD) in the General Administration & Public Grievance Department.

Girish S.N. (IAS:2002), formerly Commissioner-cum-Secretary for Panchayati Raj & Drinking Water, transitions to Commissioner-cum-Secretary for the Health & Family Welfare Department.

Ms. Aswathy S. (IAS:2003), outgoing Health & Family Welfare Secretary, steps into the role of Special Secretary in the Finance Department while retaining additional charge as Chief Executive Officer of the State Institute for Transformative Initiatives (SITI-Odisha).
