MUMBAI — BookMyShow Live, the live entertainment division of BookMyShow, has appointed Gautam Chatwal as Head of Sponsorships. In his new role, Chatwal will direct sponsorship strategy and brand partnerships across the division’s portfolio of live events and entertainment IP.
An alumnus of MICA (2002 batch), Chatwal previously served as Vice President and Head of Sales & Marketing at Hockey India League franchise SG Pipers. Prior to that, he spent nearly nine years at Star Sports, where he held senior roles including Executive Director of Sales, overseeing major brand activations across the IPL, Indian Super League, and Pro Kabaddi League. His appointment comes as BookMyShow Live expands its event slate, including high-profile tours and festivals such as Diljit Dosanjh’s RuPay AURA India Tour 2026, Lollapalooza India, and Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres tour.
