SRINAGAR — In a senior administrative reallocation, the Jammu and Kashmir UT Administration has tasked 1995-batch AGMUT IAS officer Shailendra Kumar with the dual responsibility of Administrative Secretary, Agriculture Production Department.
Kumar will execute the agricultural mandate alongside his core post as Additional Chief Secretary of the Finance Department. The consolidated administrative charge aims to streamline budgetary allocations for agrarian welfare, expedite rural development projects, and improve overall fiscal and departmental governance.
