NEW DELHI — The Supreme Court Collegium has formally recommended the elevation of Justice Dr. Pushpendra Singh Bhati as the next Chief Justice of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
Justice Bhati currently serves as a senior Judge at the Rajasthan High Court, where he has built a distinguished record on the bench across complex constitutional, civil, and criminal matters.
