BENGALURU – The Flipkart Group has announced a significant leadership transition at its fashion arm, Myntra. Sharon Pais has been named the new Head of Myntra, taking over from Nandita Sinha, who has decided to move on from the company.
Pais, who currently serves as the Chief Business Officer (CBO) at Myntra and Senior VP at Flipkart Fashion, will report directly to Flipkart Group CEO Kalyan Krishnamurthy, effective immediately.
Leadership and Continuity
The appointment is designed to ensure business continuity as Myntra maintains its growth momentum in the fashion and lifestyle sectors.

Nandita Sinha: Will remain with the company for a transition period over the coming months to ensure a smooth handover.

Kapil Thirani: Will now lead Flipkart Fashion, reporting to Sakait Chaudhary, the Head of Marketplace at Flipkart.

Kalyan Krishnamurthy highlighted that this move showcases the depth of the group’s internal leadership. He noted that Pais’s deep understanding of the Myntra and Flipkart Fashion ecosystems will be vital as the platform continues to focus on execution and strengthening its market position.
Sinha, reflecting on her departure, expressed gratitude for the opportunity to have led the “exceptional team” at Myntra during her tenure. The company is now initiating a process to identify a successor for the marketplace business role vacated by the reshuffle.
